Cusco, also known as the "bellybutton of the world" is a charming place. You will be able to get to experience its architectural beauty, its traditional neighborhoods, the beautiful Plaza de Armas (its main square), as well as its various gastronomical delights.
Cusco's main points of interests are the Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun (known as the Qoricancha), the San Blas district and San Pedro market among many others.
We recommend that you take the first day to rest and become acclimated to the altitude.

The city of Cusco is one of the most important destinations of Peru. It was the ancient capital of the Inca empire, with its streets and buildings still reflecting its grand historical past. Due to this, the city is known as “the belly button of the world”. In the morning/afternoon, our professional guide will accompany you to discover the best of this Inca city. We will begin by visiting the Temple of the Sun (also called Qoricancha). After, we will visit the treasures that the Basilica Cathedral of Cusco has to offer, and then finish by visiting the ruins adjacent to the city, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
In the evening, spend at your leisure enjoying the local cuisine, music, and the lights of Cusco at night, the surrounding hills and the sky overhead littered with stars.

Travel time between Ollantaytambo and Aguas Calientes: 1 hour 40 min by train.
Our adventure continues onto the Sacred Valley of the Incas, an enigmatic place whose fertile, beautiful lands and gorgeous landscapes were intelligently taken advantage of by the ancient Peruvian people. Our first visit will be to Pisac, a greatly important archaeological site whose shape and construction are inspired by a local bird (the Puna partridge). Straight away, we will visit the local market, famous for its products that they trade there. In the afternoon, we will go on towards Ollantaytambo, a place that clearly shows how the Incans designed their cities with narrow streets and lovely canals, all in harmony with its natural environment. We will then visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo with its spectacular Incan terraces that will take our breath away, not to mention the spectacular views of the Sacred Valley from them! At the end of the afternoon, we will board the train to our next stop, the town of Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu town.

Machu Picchu is located at 2400 meters above sea level (7,900 feet).
This will be a memorable day during your visit in Peru, given that you will see one of the Wonders of the World that all travelers dream of visiting, we mean the historical sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Early in the morning, our professional guide will pick you up from your hotel to board the bus to the Machu Picchu citadel all together (20 min trip). Once in Machu Picchu, you will visit the farming and urban zones, as well as its main temples. The tour will take about an hour and a half, after which you will have time to explore the ancient city on your own as well as take additional photographs.
In the afternoon, we will return to Cusco on a comfortable train.

Our stay in Cusco will culminate with great memories! Today we will continue our adventure’s course onto the city of Puno, whose main attraction is the highest navigable lake in the world, Lake Titicaca. Early in the morning, we will board a tourist bus that will transfer you to the “Ruta del Sol” (Sun Route) which leads you to Puno. We will visit emblematic places such at Andahuaylillas and its famous dome, the Racchi archeological center, and the pre-Inca site of Pukara.

The distance between Puno and the Uros Islands is around 7km (4.45 miles)
Lake Titicaca is a legendary site, according to the legend that says the founders of the Inca Empire (Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo) left this lake to later found the great empire in Cusco.
In the morning we will head toward Puno’s port to board the speedboat which will transfer us to the first visiting point, the island of Uros, which consists of a group of floating islands made by reed whose inhabitants work primarily as craftsmen. Next, we will be transferred to the famous island of Taquile, primarily known for its men who have a reputation for being expert weavers. The population of Taquile is known to be warm and kind, which allows us to get to know their way of life as we enjoy the beautiful, spectacular views of Lake Titicaca.
At the end of the afternoon, we will return to Puno.

At the expected time, we will transfer you from your hotel to the Juliaca Airport so that you can take your flight to Lima.
